This is an article about how you can reset your password to your My.Control4.com account. Follow the step by steps and you will have access to your account in no time.

  1. Open your web browser and enter my.control4.com in your URL, or simply click here.

  2. If you have forgotten your password, do not attempt to login. Instead click the "Forgot Password" button on the bottom right of the login window.

  3. You will then be redirected to another page where you input your email address. The email address MUST match the email address on your account. (NOTE: If you do not recall the email address that your account is connected to please contact Nu Automations and we can look up that information for you)

  4. Once you have entered your email address click "Request Password Reset"

  5. You will then be sent an email with that will walk-through on how to get your password reset
